Hockey Wins a Pair in Weekend Tournament

The Varsity hockey team competed in the Michigan Public High School Hockey Showcase this weekend at the Arctic Coliseum in Chelsea and came out with a pair of wins. They got things started on Friday morning with a 2-1 victory over Lowell Caledonia.  Max Lederer had a great game in goal and had offensive help

Pirate Hockey has a Night to Remember

This season, the Pinckney Pirate Varsity Hockey team, has been focusing on supporting and giving back to the community.  During Saturday’s game, they chose to honor military personnel.  The game opened with the local boy scouts standing in formation while holding the Unites States flag, Sophmore Annabelle Haberkorn singing the National Anthem, and the Pirates lined up adorned in military jerseys

Weekend Round Up

Wrestling Pinckney Wrestling split their duals on Saturday beating Addison and Sand Creek, improving the overall team record to 16-14. Two wrestlers went 4-0 on the day, Lucas Nagle and Jacob Muscato (pictured below). Hockey Hot Streak

The Pirate Hockey team is off to a great start!  They have won 5 of the last 7 and are showing no signs of slowing down! Pirates hit the road this week to Jackson on Wednesday and Livonia on Friday.  Lots of opportunities to catch a game, see the full schedule below.   Go to LivingstonDaily.com

Congratulations to the following athletes for making the Varsity Hockey team.  First chance to catch these guys in action is November 16th at home (Arctic Coliseum in Chelsea) against the Capital City Capitals @ 5:30 pm.

Hockey Splits Games in Showcase Over the Weekend

The Pirate skaters fought through the snowy conditions and played two tough games on the ice this weekend. Read the Livingston Daily Coverage of the showcase. The team will head to Toledo tomorrow night to face the Bedford Kicking Mules.   Keep up the hard work Pirates!
