Boys Track Regional Recap

It was a great regional for our boys track and field team this past Friday in Milford. Many athletes exceeded their season goals and beat their own performance records. Boy’s Track and Field

On Friday, the boy’s track and field team headed to Saline to compete in the annual Golden Triangle Invitational.  Coach Gerardi said, “Our guys held their own and turned in some awesome performanaces ath the largst invitational in the state. Medaling at this meet is a great accomplishment given the amount of teams (over 40).”

Boys Track Team Wins SEC

The boy’s track team cliched an SEC championship after finishing second at the SEC finals meet on Friday.  Along with the team being recognized as champions, some team members were also recognized for their individual efforts.   Read the full Livingston Daily article here.

Boys and Girls Track Win on Senior Night

  It was a record breaking night for the Pirates on the track and the Seniors wouldn’t have wanted it any other way as both teams defeated the Adrian Maples to stay undefeated in the SEC. Boys Highlights: Nick Cain broke the school record in the 100 meter dash with a time of 10.7 seconds. 

Track Races Well At Trojan Relays

The track teams headed to Whitmore Lake on Friday to race in the annual Trojan Relays Invite.  The girls finished 3rd out of 16 teams and earned 27 medals! The boys finished 2nd out of 12 teams. Read the Livingston Daily race recap here.  The Pirates look to keep rolling and pick up two more SEC

Spring Sport Information

Important things for all athletes:  A Physical must be on file with the PHS Athletic Department dated after April 15, 2017 prior to the first day of practice or try-outs.  Registration must be completed through the athletic website (except for archery & bass fishing) Pinckney Athletic Registration.  Archery First day of practice Wednesday, March 14th in the Pathfinder
